Courage KIA is seeking an Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Gastonia, NC. The role centers on handling cash receipts, posting invoices, and reconciling vendor statements to keep payables current.

Responsibilities include processing daily cash deposits, maintaining timely vendor communications, and ensuring accurate data entry in CDK with correct account designations. This position supports month-end closing and financial accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Prepares all cash receipts and daily deposits
• Maintains communication with vendors on aging receivables
• Reconciles cash schedule daily
• Accurately enter invoice data into CDK using the correct account designations
• Maintain a system of verifying all bills/expenses incurred in a given month are posted/accounted for in that month
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain communication with vendors to ensure all payables are current
