Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Tolleson, AZ, with a 5:00am-1:30pm, Mon-Fri schedule. You may rotate among six areas: Bulk/Equipment Operator, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping, to support Staples Supply Chain and customer delivery.

Safety is priority; you will consistently follow procedures and work as a team. A high school diploma and 3 months warehouse experience are preferred, plus the ability to lift 70–100 lbs and pass a drug test.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training.
• Pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime beyond scheduled shift for FT associates.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment for product movement.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance in the facility.
• Support replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, and shipping tasks.
• Accurately confirm product quantities and resolve discrepancies.
• Work safely in a warehouse with seasonal temperatures.
• Assist in matching items to packing slips for returns.
