Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tolleson, AZ, working 4:00am-12:30pm, Monday-Wednesday, with opportunities to move into SC2/SC1 roles. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to prepare orders and keep the facility safe and organized.

Responsibilities include receiving, replenishing, shipping, and general upkeep, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Eligibility includes a minimum of 18 years old, ability to pass a drug screen, and basic English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick or move products up to 100 lbs.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages.
• Unload trucks manually and palletize products.
• Move products within the warehouse using forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Stack and organize orders on pallets for shipping.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and adhere to safety procedures.
