Job summary

Staples is seeking a warehouse associate in Tolleson, AZ to support four areas: order picking, restocking, bulk selecting, and custodian duties. You may move between roles as needed while following safety practices and meeting daily production goals.

Positions offer pay-for-performance incentives and a schedule of 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Staples emphasizes safety, teamwork, and inclusive culture within its World Class Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for next shift with safety.
• Bulk Selector: select, pull, pack totes, cut cases, stock product on conveyor with safety.
• Custodian: clean and sanitize restrooms, vacuum, mop, and remove trash with safety.
