Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support multiple areas in our facility. The role includes operating forklifts and other equipment to move pallets up to 100 lbs, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The position may flex between SC1 and SC2 duties based on business needs. The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of warehouse experience, basic English, and a willingness to work overtime if required.

Qualifications

• MHE operation certification or ability to obtain
• Willingness to keep work area clean

• Ability to follow safety procedures in a warehouse
• Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to pick/move products up to 100 lbs
• Support general cleaning and maintenance per safety guidelines
• Assist with receiving/putaway/returns and shipping workflows
• Unload trucks and palletize products, ensuring accuracy and communication with team
• Prepare orders for shipment and shrink-wrap as needed
• Possibly be moved to other SC1/SC2 roles as required by business needs
