Pet Supplies Plus in New Jersey is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver neighborly service to our PSP community.

You will partner with store leaders to ensure standards, provide coverage, and train team members while maintaining safety and animal care. Must be ready to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team during shifts.
• Reinforce PSP standards and routines.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times weekly.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, safety and security.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and development.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to management.
