Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor in Indiana to lead daily operations and provide exceptional neighborly service to customers and their pets. You will reinforce PSP standards, assist with onboarding and coaching of team members, and help ensure safety and cleanliness across the store.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in retail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Forklift operation may be required, and flexible schedules are common.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team with PSP standards and daily management routines.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times a week when managers are offsite.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, safety and security policies are followed.
• Perform back-office tasks like updating price changes and cashier records.
• Participate in store recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance.
