Pilgrim's is hiring for a PAWS GRADER on the 2nd shift at the Broadway Processing Plant. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, bagging paws, and stacking items in a hot, wet environment.

Training is provided to learn all dept tasks and cross-train as needed. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work, competitive benefits after 60 days, and a base pay of $18.05 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a perfect attendance incentive of

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent hand and eye coordination.
• Able to work in a hot and wet environment.
• Able to work well with management and fellow employees; must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Excellent attendance and work record
