Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Shipping Loader for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM) on Broadway. You will load products for carriers and may be asked to perform other tasks as needed. This position requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work in a cold/damp environment, and maintain a solid safety record.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision after 60 days, PTO, a 401(k) with company match after one year, and a $2.00 per hour perfect attendance incentive plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a Shipping Department is helpful.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds and work in cold/damp areas.
