Job summary

Dan's Discount Jewelry & Pawn is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and processes sales, loans, and other transactions while delivering a positive, professional customer experience.

You will work with a wide variety of merchandise, including tools, electronics, and jewelry. Base pay is $14.00–$15.00 per hour with potential to earn commissions up to 8% and additional incentives and

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
