Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate across pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with inquiries in a fast-paced retail setting featuring jewelry and general merchandise.

Base hourly pay plus commission up to 2-8% based on personal performance; includes earned wage access and extensive employee benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies and regulations.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Collaborate with coworkers to deliver a positive customer experience.
