National Pawn - TX is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role offers $14.00 to $18.00 per hour with an achievable commission structure on every processed transaction.

Earned wage access and a robust benefits package are included, with 9 AM to 6 PM hours typical and Sundays usually closed. This position involves handling jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations where applicable.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment with customer interaction.
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform duties for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist customers with sales and lending transactions.
• Process sales and loans following policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and displays.
