Job summary

Fast Cash Pawn in Denver, CO seeks entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets customers, processes sales and loans, and provides engaging service across a diverse merchandise range.

They will work with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain displays, while enjoying a commission plan up to 8% and benefits such as earned wage access, vacation, 401k, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Must be able to work at multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays maintained.
