Valu+Pawn is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and assists customers with sales, loans, and other transactions, in a fast-paced environment.

Earn hourly wages of $10.00 to $14.00, plus commission on transactions (up to 8%), with potential to earn extra per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and Earned Wage Access.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and perform varied duties.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and provide solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays up to date.
• Answer calls and explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and other duties as needed.
