Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean and stocked.
• Process sales and loan transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable items.
• Answer calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.
