Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers $14.00 to $17.00 per hour plus an achievable commission (2–8%), with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid vacation.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, handle cash, operate POS, and maintain the sales floor. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and attractive merchandise displays.
• Process sales, loans and other transactions per policy.
• Communicate clearly with customers about pawn and buy terms.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Support exterior store operations as needed.
