Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for long periods.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong desire to serve customers and be team oriented.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following company policies.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and visible merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and negotiables securely.
• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Explain pawn and buy transaction legal aspects to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and maintain product knowledge.
• Support multiple store locations as needed.
