EZCORP, operating EZPAWN in Gatesville, TX, seeks a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to guide store operations and coach Team Members. You’ll promote sales, process loans, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a year of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour with benefits and growth potential.
