Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) is a plus
• Sales background is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and making deals for pawn items
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement
• Provide a friendly, courteous environment that differentiates EZPAWN
• Process loans and extensions
• Agree on jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned
• Open and close store procedures; supervise and coach store Team Members
