Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Pawnbroker/Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and work with jewelry and general merchandise while delivering friendly, professional service.

This role offers hourly pay from $20.29 to $21.25 plus an achievable commission structure that can add around $2.66 per hour. Reports to Store Manager and requires weekend/holiday availability; prior cash handling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 in WA).
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with all customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures as directed.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked and display merchandise.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with pawn, buy, and retail transactions and communicate legal aspects.
• Support team to create a positive customer experience and participate in training.
• Other related duties as assigned.
