Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with transactions, while earning hourly wage plus commission based on productivity.

The role involves handling jewelry and general merchandise, some firearms in FFL locations, cash handling, and customer service. Earned wage access and 401k programs are available; vacation and benefits described in detail.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to build rapport and offer financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Process sales and loans in line with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per standards and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Explain pawn and buy transaction legal aspects clearly to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to ensure positive service.
• Complete required training and perform other related duties.
