Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate for store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help with jewelry and merchandise. Earned wage access and a commission plan boost earnings beyond base pay.

Starting hourly wage ranges from $18.50 to $22.00 with potential unlimited commission. A flexible weekend schedule and employee perks accompany this role, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Process sales and loans in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
