Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Mount Vernon, WA. Earn $17.13–$18.22 per hour with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.

The role partners with the team to deliver customer service on lending and retail sides, engaging with customers and learning about financial solutions offered. The position requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work across jewelry and general merchandise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age (WA 21).
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to serve customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean and stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with all aspects of pawn, buy, and retail transactions.
