Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Washington state is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, process sales and loan activity, and help with jewelry and general merchandise.

You’ll earn $17.13 to $18.22 per hour plus commissions up to 8%, averaging extra per hour. Reports to Store Manager; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

This entry-level role requires excellent customer service, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is required.
• Basic math skills and cash handling ability expected.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Keep sales floor clean and stocked, maintain displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policy.
• Assist with inventory placement and merchandise organization.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and stay compliant with regulations.
• Support weekends and holiday scheduling as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
