Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Renton, WA. The role supports both lending and retail transactions, greeting customers and processing sales and loan activity with a positive, professional demeanor.

The position offers an easily achievable commission structure, paying for every transaction processed, with potential to earn up to ~8% on transactions and an average hourly add-on of $3.64. Reports to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling per policy and procedure.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display areas.

Responsibilities
