Cash America Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Mobile, AL. Earn $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus commission on transactions, with potential to boost earnings through performance-based incentives. Benefits include medical options, paid time off, and 401(k) enrollment after six months.

As part of our pawn store team, you will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain a clean, organized floor while meeting regulatory requirements and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with transactions, loans, and merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely and accurately.
• Communicate with customers about pawn and buy transactions.
