Pet Supplies Plus in Lititz, PA is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor who is pawsitively passionate about people and their pets. You will lead daily operations, greet neighbors, assist shoppers in choosing toys, and uphold our friendly, neighborly service standards.

You’ll partner with store leaders, provide leadership coverage up to four days a week, supervise back-office tasks, recruit and onboard team members, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service for every neighbor and pet.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to operate all equipment including a forklift; physical tasks up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in choosing products and provide friendly, neighborly service.
• Greet regular customers and engage with pets and owners.
• Lead store operations and reinforce daily procedures with the team.
• Support store leaders with recruiting, onboarding and development.
• Perform back-office tasks like pricing updates and cashier records.
