Job summary

You will plan, organize, and supervise crews to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals on heavy civil projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with field managers, managing equipment utilization, and communicating with owners and engineers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years milling and paving experience with at least 2 years in a Superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required or enrolled in a course within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates technical proficiency in milling and paving operations.
• Plans work to maximize crew productivity and ensures safety and quality.
• Supervises field managers and coordinates with the customer and owners.
• Reviews job costs with project leaders and implements adjustments as needed.
• Ensures adherence to safety programs and industry standards.
