Job summary

Baldwin Paving Company, Inc. is actively seeking a Paving Screwman to join our team in a full-time role. The position reports to the Site Foreman and requires at least one year of Screed Paver experience.

On-the-job training is available for paver electronics. The role features 8–12 hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with potential travel as needed. Responsibilities include adjusting screed height for proper depth and finish, maintaining grade, and operating material feeders and augers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating the Screed Paver.
• Knowledge of using paver electronics; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
• 8–12 hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adjust screed height to ensure proper depth, grade, and finish.
• Check and maintain grade.
• Operate feeders, flow gates and augers to regulate material flow.
• Install and remove auto paving electronics.
• Cleans and maintains tools and equipment.
• Assist in general operation of job sites and record-keeping.
