Job summary

The role requires basic maintenance skills, proficiency with common office software, and strong communication to coordinate with trades. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2–3 years of asphalt experience preferred.
• Experience in construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts screed plates to ensure material is laid smooth, with correct thickness and crown.
• Coordinates with Foreman and Paver Operator for daily job setup.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
