Atwell, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Paving (Construction Oversight) to oversee pavement maintenance projects, data management, and contractor coordination. The role focuses on testing, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality construction outcomes through effective oversight and documentation.

The ideal candidate brings pavement management experience, familiarity with the PAVER system, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in pavement management, construction oversight, or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with PAVER inventory systems and pavement condition assessments.
• Strong understanding of bid preparation, contractor qualification, and construction management.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, data management, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the planning and execution of pavement maintenance projects.
• Oversee inspections and documentation of road conditions using the PAVER system.
• Develop maintenance strategies and budgets for repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate bid packages, contractor qualification, and negotiations across properties.
• Manage construction activities, pre-construction meetings, site visits, and close-out inspections.
• Act as Owner’s representative ensuring contractor compliance and clear communication.
