Atwell, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Paving (Construction Oversight) to oversee pavement management, maintenance planning, and construction oversight for multiple properties. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, contractor coordination, and clear communication between clients and Atwell teams.

The candidate should have pavement management and civil engineering experience, with strong skills in data management, PCI-driven budgeting, and contract negotiations.

Competenze

• Experience in pavement management, construction oversight, or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with PAVER inventory systems and pavement condition assessments.
• Strong understanding of bid preparation, contractor qualification, and construction management.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, data management, and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee pavement inspections and document road conditions using the PAVER system.
• Analyze pavement conditions and allocate budgets for repairs.
• Develop 5-year community summary reports for maintenance planning.
• Provide pavement condition reports and geolocated photo maps.
• Maintain organized road data in Google Drive and coordinate with clients.
• Develop scopes of work based on PCI ratings and budgets.
• Prepare bid packages and lead contractor qualification and negotiations.
• Supervise construction activities and conduct site visits.
• Act as Owner's representative ensuring contractor compliance and documentation.
• Conduct bi-weekly reviews of progress, budgets, and schedules.
