Atwell, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Paving (Construction Oversight) to oversee pavement maintenance and improvement projects. The role focuses on PCI-based planning, data management, and coordinating contractors across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate has pavement management and construction oversight experience, with strong communication and data reporting skills. The position includes competitive compensation and robust benefits in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Experience in pavement management, construction oversight, or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with PAVER inventory systems and pavement condition assessments.
• Strong understanding of bid preparation, contractor qualification, and construction management.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, data management, and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee the planning, assessment, and execution of pavement maintenance and improvement projects.
• Manage road inventory data and develop maintenance strategies.
• Oversee construction activities, including pre-construction meetings, site visits, and project close-out inspections.
• Function as the Owner’s representative ensuring contractor compliance and effective communication.
• Conduct bi-weekly management meetings to review progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain a centralized Google Drive for data sharing and reporting.
