The role requires experience in pavement management, construction oversight, and effective stakeholder communication, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and safety across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in pavement management and construction oversight.
• Familiarity with pavement condition assessments.
• Strong contractor coordination and bid-preparation abilities.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Google Drive-based reporting and data management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee pavement inventory, inspections, and documentation using PAVER system.
• Analyze pavement conditions and allocate budgets for repairs.
• Develop 5-year maintenance summaries and reports for planning.
• Coordinate bid packages, contractor qualifications, and negotiations.
• Manage construction activities, meetings, site visits, and close-out inspections.
• Serve as Owner’s representative ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Maintain centralized data sharing and regular management updates.
