Atwell, LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Paving (Construction Oversight) to lead pavement maintenance projects, manage data, and coordinate contractor activity. You will oversee road inventories, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple properties.

The role requires pavement management experience, bid/contract oversight, and strong communication. This on-site position in Ohio offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Experience in pavement management, construction oversight, or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with PAVER inventory systems and pavement condition assessments.
• Strong understanding of bid preparation, contractor qualification, and construction management.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, data management, and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Oversee pavement inspections and document road conditions using PAVER.
• Analyze pavement conditions and budget for repairs and maintenance.
• Develop 5-year Community Summary Reports to guide planning.
• Provide pavement reports and geolocated photo maps.
• Coordinate road data in Google Drive and ensure client communication.
• Develop scopes of work based on PCI ratings and budgets.
• Prepare bid packages, qualify contractors, and lead negotiations.
• Oversee construction activities and conduct site visits.
• Act as Owner's representative ensuring contractor compliance and documentation.
• Hold bi-weekly progress meetings and centralize data sharing.
• Organize update meetings across management levels.
• Document before-and-after road conditions with geolocated maps.
