Atwell is seeking a Program Manager - Paving (Construction Oversight) to oversee pavement maintenance and improvement projects for multiple properties. You will manage road data, develop maintenance strategies, and supervise construction activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires experience in pavement management, construction oversight, and contractor coordination. You will act as the Owner’s representative, coordinating bid packages, contractor qualification, and progress

Qualifications

• Experience in pavement management, construction oversight, or civil engineering.
• Familiarity with PAVER inventory systems and pavement condition assessments.
• Strong understanding of bid preparation, contractor qualification, and construction management.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, data management, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the planning, assessment, and execution of pavement maintenance and improvement projects.
• Manage road inventory data and develop maintenance strategies.
• Oversee construction activities and coordinate with contractors and properties.
• Document project progress, budgets, and schedules in regular meetings.
• Maintain centralized data in Google Drive for client and Atwell teams.
