Job summary

Warren Cat is seeking an Application Specialist to act as the product expert for Cat paving products, including pavers and other equipment. The role involves site assessments, Fleet Production Cost studies, and CAT Value Simulation Tool implementation.

You will support the sales force, assist service with deliveries and setup, and lead product training for customers and Warren salespeople. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in heavy equipment paving experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Knowledge of accounting, database, internet, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software

Responsibilities

• Represent Warren Cat for Cat paving products (Pavers, Planers, Compactors, Reclaimers)
• Support Sales during calls, demos, deliveries and technical support
• Assist Service with paving product deliveries and setup for rental or sale
• Lead site assessments and provide Fleet Production Studies (FPC) and VSTs
• Provide training for customers and Warren Salesmen on assigned products
• Identify market opportunities with sales management
• Advise on parts stocking strategy for paving products
• Communicate product and service opportunities and feedback to Warren CAT staff
