Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant industry experience preferred.
• Significant retail sales, management, or operational experience in paving or construction equipment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of paving products, Cat Technology solutions, and value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead paving products team to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in paving products and Cat Technology sales.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Promote Cat Value Proposition to customers through sales and support.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and represent the company at meetings as needed.
