Qualifications

• Drug screen, background check and DOT physical required.
• Basic math proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work various times during day, night or weekend hours, at various locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily paving activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures per MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply.
• Interpret specifications and blueprints, assign duties, and adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with superintendent, plant personnel, other supervisors, and subcontractors on planning and execution.
• Keep accurate time, production, and paperwork records.
