You'll follow directions from the Foreman, operate simple tools, and assist with traffic control, digging, lifting, and site prep. The job requires reliability, willingness to travel, and ability to work nights or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior construction or building materials experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment following policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist paving/construction crew with shoveling, raking, and material handling.
• Operate small power tools and signal equipment operators as needed.
• Assist in traffic control setup, signs, and barricades on-site.
• Maintain regular attendance and willingness to travel or work nights/weekends when required.
