Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to support milling and paving operations across our Mid-Atlantic projects. You will operate asphalt pavers, rollers, milling machines and related equipment, ensuring safe, productive work and regular maintenance.

Candidates should have 2 years of equipment operating experience, a valid driver's license, and a GED/HS diploma is a plus. Night/weekend shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs of equipment operating experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• GED/HS Diploma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates one or more types of construction equipment (pavers, rollers, milling machines, back hoes, skid steers) for milling and paving operations.
• Discusses plans and goals with field manager and determines safe, productive, on-time methods.
• Performs equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing and checking fluid levels.
• Maintains safety and communicates clearly with crew to achieve daily goals.
