Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking skilled equipment operators to manage asphalt pavers, rollers, milling machines and other heavy machinery. This role emphasizes safety, proper maintenance and teamwork to complete paving projects. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and 2+ years of equipment operating experience.

Competitive benefits accompany the hourly wage of $24–$28. Night and weekend shifts are common during peak milling and paving seasons.

Qualifications

• 2 years of equipment operating experience required.
• Related work experience is required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• GED / HS Diploma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discusses plans and goals for the day's work with field manager and determines best method of getting assigned work done safely, productively and on time.
• Performs physical duties associated with safe operation of equipment.
• Performs equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing and maintaining fluid levels.
• Operates equipment with priority of safety for all workers nearby.
• Communicates clearly with crew members to accomplish daily goals.
