Job summary

Acme Barricades is seeking a Roadway Pavement Marking and Striping Laborer in Florida. The role involves temporary and permanent pavement marking applications and adherence to safety guidelines.

The position requires operating pavement marking equipment, assisting with highway marking operations, and supporting lane closures and traffic control setups. Occasional overtime and a flexible schedule are available as part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of pavement marking and Traffic Control or related industry experience.
• MOT Advanced certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Machine Operator with Highway Marking operations.
• Operate various types of pavement marking equipment.
• Load and unload equipment and materials into and out of company trucks.
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time during day or night shifts.
• Assist with lane closures and set-up of traffic control devices.
• Complete daily paperwork as required by supervisor.
• Available to work days/nights/weekends.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
