Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, construction management or related field required.
3 years of experience required.
Master's degree in Civil engineering, construction management or related field preferred with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise the Pavement Research Facility (PRF) operations and staff.
Oversee operation of PTMs, ALF and ATLaS; supervise equipment operators and maintenance.
Monitor construction of PTM test sections and installation of field instrumentation.
Prepare construction plans, reports and inventory of equipment and supplies.
Lead training, provide hands-on leadership, and ensure safety and efficiency.
