Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team in Florida. You will support safety-focused projects, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure daily vehicle readiness and proper loading.

Responsibilities include DOT compliance, pre/post-trip inspections, and maximizing production. Background checks and MVR testing are part of our hire process, with opportunities for overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Criminal and driving record checks and drug testing are required.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to use smartphones and applications.
• Adapt to changing work schedules.
• Willingness to travel with the company when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and vehicle repair reports.
• Ensure work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Verify vehicles are in working order and properly loaded daily.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Be trained to operate and maintain at least six different pieces of equipment.
