Job summary

National Pavement Partners seeks an Estimator/Account Executive to assess project requirements, analyze data, and prepare accurate cost estimates for pavement maintenance projects. You will provide detailed budget plans and collaborate with clients, engineers, and operations to ensure competitive bids.

The role requires strong estimating skills, knowledge of pavement maintenance methods, and proficiency with Bluebeam/STACK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Pavement Maintenance Estimator or similar role in construction (preferred).
• Blueprint takeoff software experience is a plus (Bluebeam, STACK).
• Strong knowledge of pavement maintenance techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
• Technology savvy with ability to multi-task and stay organized.
