Job summary

Pave America National Services is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead cost estimation for asphalt and concrete projects, develop competitive bids, and oversee budgets and schedules. Qualifications

• Experience in road construction, paving, or concrete is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must be able to work within multiple computer systems.
• An Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and bids.
• Analyze depth and product requirements from customer plans or requests.
• Gather contact and contract data for billing and contract purposes.
• Prepare detailed reports with breakdowns of project costs.
• Meet with customers within 24 hours of receiving leads.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
• Identify and pursue sales leads and opportunities.
• Manage projects from bidding phase through closeout and billing.
• Prepare and submit bids and quotes for various clients.
