Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for asphalt maintenance and line striping services.
• Build relationships with prospects, property owners, and commercial contacts.
• Measure and assess surface areas to support accurate estimates.
• Prepare clear, professional estimates and communicate scope with customers.
• Use mobile and computer tools to organize leads, notes, and pricing information.
• Work independently while supporting the company's sales growth goals.
• Coordinate with internal team members as projects move from estimate to production.
