Job summary

Pave America is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and prepare competitive bids. The role focuses on accurately analyzing project data, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will handle project bids from initiation to closeout, generate quotes for various clients, and communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors to schedule work and manage change orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be able to work within multiple computer systems.
• An Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimate the cost of new asphalt and concrete work and repairs.
• Analyze project plans and product requirements.
• Gather data for billing and contract purposes.
• Provide detailed reports with cost breakdowns.
• Meet with customers within 24 hours of leads.
