Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Pattern Maker for intimate apparel in Chatsworth, CA. This direct-hire, in-office role supports the product development team to create accurate, production-ready bra patterns.

The ideal candidate has bra patternmaking experience, strong fit knowledge, and proficiency with Lectra software to translate sketches into first patterns and production CADs, contributing across design, development and production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create women’s apparel production patterns using Lectra software, including bras, underwear, dresses, tops, pants, intimate apparel, kids’ garments, and women’s garments.
• Interpret designer sketches through draping and computer patternmaking methods to develop accurate first patterns and production‑ready patterns.
• Develop sewing specifications, garment measurement specifications, grade rules, pattern CADs, and construction callouts for factory use.
• Create and update technical packages in Excel, including specs, grading details, pattern information, and production instructions.
• Inspect graded nests and review size ranges to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standard sizing requirements.
• Evaluate fit, measure garments, and make pattern corrections from first pattern through production.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pattern Maker - (Bras a must) for a direct hire opportunity with a growing clothing and textile manufacturing organization in Chatsworth, CA. This full-time, in-office role supports the product development team and plays a key part in creating accurate, production-ready patterns for intimate apparel and women’s garments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented apparel professional with strong bra patternmaking experience to join a collaborative environment where technical expertise, fit accuracy, and construction knowledge are highly valued. Key Responsibilities

• Create women’s apparel production patterns using Lectra software, including bras, underwear, dresses, tops, pants, intimate apparel, kids’ garments, and women’s garments.
• Interpret designer sketches through draping and computer patternmaking methods to develop accurate first patterns and production‑ready patterns.
• Develop sewing specifications, garment measurement specifications, grade rules, pattern CADs, and construction callouts for factory use.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
• Job Type: Direct hire.
• Schedule: Full-time.
• Work Location: In office at the corporate headquarters in Chatsworth, CA. Remote work is not available.
